Owner Processor
To present the project to prospective owners and process the qualification paperwork.

Investor Coordinator
To procure an investor or an investor group by raising $60,000.

Limited Partnership Organizer
Organizing the Limited Partnership. Organizer acts as General Partner of the Group. Responsibilities include finding the investor/s and the prospective owners then overseeing the program.

Investor
Investing $60,000 or $100,000 in a Limited Partnership. Reward is a substantial fixed bonus.
